This is the first of ten installments about my artistic journey I like to call, “The Numbers.” (To read the rest of this series, click here. Along with my big hiking goal, I’ve got a few artistic goals as well. One of them is to create the hike’s number using material found on the hike. Hike 10 – Peter Skene Ogden Trail

With visions of kaleidoscopic colors and other-worldly-esque textures still on my mind from my jaunt around Paulina Lake two weeks ago (Hike#9), I wanted to go back and explore more of the dozens of miles of trails found in the Newberry National Volcanic Monument.
